The site has been primarily designed for the English speaking ex-pat community living in Portugal as well as for people who aspire to move to Portugal and those who visit and holiday a lot in the region. Basically everyone with an Interest in Portugal is welcome to join the community.

Climate
Portugal boasts a great climate pretty much all year round. Apart from a few periods in December the climate in Portugal is hot and dry most of the year. With some of the finest beaches on the planet, you can find all manner of water sports in Portugal.
Tourism
A majority of Portugal’s revenue comes from the travel and tourism industry. It seems as though the whole Country is aware of its income stream and hence respects it. This makes Portugal a modern, forward reaching and inclusive society. This respect also reaches out to the land and environment. For example environmental protection and planning permission is of utmost importance in Portugal.
Beaches
The beaches in Portugal are commonly described as having snow white sand, deep blue waters with the aromatic scents emanating from orange blossom, eucalyptus and pine.
Ecocomy
A member-country of the EU, Portugal enjoys a more stable and steady economic growth when compared to other countries in the region. For centuries, Portugal has kept its reputation for hospitality that makes the country welcoming, friendly and a safe place to live. Portugal has spent much of the last 20 years trying to move in from the periphery, forging new ties with the rest of Europe, restructuring its economy, and struggling to maintain what is best in its national culture despite the sudden onslaught of international influences.
