Visiting Madeira

My partner and I have thoughts of setting up shop outside Canada, to one of the more tropical places. As we searched the Internet, we found Madeira and fell in love with the area even online.

I am a sous chef and my partner is a teacher. We plan to make our trip by the end of the year to be in Madeira up close and personal. Is there anyone out there willing to be our tour guide? This is a trip we will go on to see what can be foreseeable for us if we eventually settle down in Madeira.

Welcome to the islands. I have been a long time resident here in Madeira and I originally came from the United States.

If you enjoy quiet beaches and rich forests, then Madeira is the place to be. There are many active volcanoes though, so volcanic quakes are often here. These are just small tremors.

I want to know if there are great hospitals there.

I want to enjoy the sun and nature at its most tranquil setting. I also have never been to a volcano, and I have that in my bucket list.
